Bakery cocoa cream is made from a special recipe, without artificial colors and preservatives and with high quality ingredients.

It is used for filling and coating bakery products. It is characterized by exceptional stability after filling in bakery products.

Filling is possible prior to and after baking. After baking, the cream remains soft and the dough does not absorb it.
